Live your vacation in Cartagena, staying in this apartment located in an exclusive area, close to everything, where you can enjoy the beach, breeze and sea. The apartment is fully furnished, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony overlooking the street; The building has an elevator, swimming pool, gym, private parking for 1 vehicle and sauna. The final price of the accommodation does not include the toilet or the handles to enter the building.

The Apartment is located two blocks from Marbella Beach, Walking you can find the sea, restaurants and super markets. The neighborhood is called Marbella, it is safe, 10 minutes from the Historic Center and 15 minutes from Bocagrande, Catillogrande and Laguito.
