Their usually check in is 9pm. They accommodated us and let us come check in at 11. When we got there we were welcomed by a friendly face and he took us straight to our room. Was such a relief as our other hotel canceled bc they ran out of rooms. They took us on with such a late booking with no issues and open arms. Breakfast was also included which was very tasty and made to order. The staff was even nice enough to let us use the bathroom even after we were already checked out. We went hiking nearby and bumped into a hotel staff member and he was kind enough to let us use the bathroom. The views are beautiful from the hotel as well. The hotel is also right next to Montezuma Waterfalls which is an amazing hiking experience!
