There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. - Visitors are not allowed for guests. - The appliances and equipment that are in the condominium at the time of check in are the ONLY ones that will be provided during the stay. - The renovation of amenities will be done every four nights of lodging. (Amenities: bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, kitchen towels) - Whites will be changed for new ones every 4 nights. (Sheets, duvets, bath towels, hand towels.) - If the key is lost, a fine of 20 will be charged. - We are not responsible for lost objects in common areas of our condominiums.
