This was no doubt our best stay in Cyprus! The house is very cosy and well equipped. Big yard with mature trees (and of course the old olive tree which is huge and makes this place very special). Worth mentioning a central heating throughout the house and very good water pressure (important for Cyprus). We have used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and barbecue area, everything was perfect. Sunset views from the balcony are just awesome! Warm welcoming from the great host who helped us with all our requests. Highly recommended, would definitely stay again!

Mr Sergei was very welcoming, kind and explained everything about the house and nearby nice beach and views. Cleanliness was very good, sauna, hot tub and swimming pool were a very nice addition to this lovely house located at the outskirts of Akamas nature reserve, and even at begging of January the swimming pool was fully operational and clean (very nice to jump in after spending sometime in the sauna). Location is excellent for relaxation, with less noice and light pollution, very small distance from the sea with breathtaking views of the sunset and nearby landscapes. Well equipped house and nice outdoor areas with trees and grass (of course you cannot miss the 500+ year old olive tree and the fully equipped barbecue area). This property left us with a home like feeling and we enjoyed our stay (with our 2 kids and our dog). Highly recommended and we will most definitely like to rebook at some point.

The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect addition in November. Barbecue zone under olive tree is fantastic. The host is very polite and willing to help in any situation. It was clean inside the house, much better than our previous experience in other private apartments.

Location was perfect for us. Right on the edge of the Akamas National Park, a quiet area. Short walk to small fishing harbour and beach. 5 minute walk to good local restaurant (Sunset Family Taverna). The house itself exceeded our expectations. It felt more spacious than we were expecting which was a great bonus. Plenty of outdoor spaces. We made use of the Hot Tub and Sauna. The swimming pool was fairly cold but OK for cooling off after the sauna :) The host Sergios lives nearby and was very helpful - he left us plenty of wine in the fridge and a special local pastry on arrival. He also visited mid-week to clean the pool and hot tub etc. and brought us a delicious chocolate cake. There is a beautiful old olive tree in the garden that we sat under in the evening with a glass of wine. We would highly recommend this villa for families and small groups. My brother and family stayed in the villa next door - Akamas Lookout - that is also a fantastic house that we would highly recommend.

Excellent villa in a quiet area with nice sea view. Used both the jacuzzi and the sauna which were in excellent condition. Nice BBQ area. The host prepared everything we asked for in advance (baby crib and an extra bed) as well as all the needed equipment for BBQ
