RomaniaAnogyra is a picturesque village. The cottage is located in the heart of the village, near bars, store etc., plenty parking right next to the property. Spotless clean rooms, big kitchen and dinning room. Also you have your own courtyard, with a grill, oven, running water etc. making outdoor cooking super easy. Also it’s a giant lemon tree with delicious fruit on the middle of the yard. The owner made a booklet about things to see and visit on the island with pictures, distance from the property, it made our planning super easy

There is a distinction to be made between the village of...
There is a distinction to be made between the village of Pissouri on the hill and Pissouri Beach itself. The beautiful shingle beach is impeccably well organised with wild ends, boardwalk in between, umbrellas if you want them, excellent picturesque swimming in water that deepens quickly, a watersports centre and several cafes/restaurants can be found along or behind the beachfront. There is ample public car parking in several places, changing rooms, toilets and showers at strategic points, all in good condition. There are fine walks to be had around the cliffs between Cape Aspro and Pissouri village with striking sunsets to be enjoyed. Pissouri Village is well-populated with restaurants and bars and serves as the site of evening entertainments in the streets around the square so falls on the lively-to-raucous spectrum across the course of an evening. By contrast the beach area is quiet in the evenings if you prefer moonlit dining. There is a nine-minute drive between beach and village.

Pissouri is a great short break, enough restaurants for a long weekend and two small shops for basics, but you need a car and would need to be travelling back out of the village if you were there longer. The beach is a pebbles beach so you must use sun loungers and wear something good for under your feet. There is also a dive shop so you can go off and adventure too

Pissouri is a fabulous little village which has become our favourite holiday destination. The locals are so nice and friendly, the restaurants are amazing and very reasonable pricewise. The beach is our favourite place of all, set in a beautiful bay, it really is paradise. A great place for a quiet, laid back, thoroughly chilled holiday. The emphasis is on quiet, if you want the raucous nightlife, bingo etc, then it's not for you.

amazing views of the sea and countryside. Very quite, Lovely village and separate seaside resort.
A great location to use as a base to go to Paphos, Limassol, Troodos, Omodos and the archeological sites such as the Temples of the Kings< Kourion and the sanctuary of Apollo for example.

With a fantastic view on The Sea,
Swimming pool ( open air ) available too ,
Free parking available outside,
And The Staff was always greatly helpful every time when we needed something.

If you want traditional Cypriot food try The Hideaway or The Two Friends, and for something a little different The Bunch of Grapes - at busy times, best to book a table so your not disappointed!! The village also has a large Ampitheatre that hosts bands from the uk etc.

The location is excellent for Pissouri village and also Pafos. You’re close to the motorway but also the beaches. The amenities are ideal in the apartments with the added bonus of a wonderful onsite restaurant and intimate bar area. In season they hold various events which keep you interested when you’re not travelling out for dinner. An extra bonus is the midday checkout and of course the wonderful people.

Caring and attentive owners ! Panicos most helpful at all times. Room serviced midweek . Rooms a little worn and tired but very large and adequately equipped . Ample parking and well located for village or beach. We would book again as looked after like family and excellent value for money. Recommended as a comfortable family hotel that will likely meet your budget.
