Maria Petros Beach Houses is a complex of houses located 10 meters from a sandy beach with clear water. Our unit has an amazing location because is only five minutes from the Larnaca Airport and also five minutes from the highway. Only 12 minutes from down town and the famous promenade of Larnaka “Finikoudes”.Eight minutes from Makenzy area which is full of restaurants and night life. Maria Petros Beach Houses consist of two floors, ground floor and first floor, and each house is about 80m² cover areas. Each house has private garden and private parking. The outside garden area is about another 100m². There is a covered veranda with garden table and chairs. The ground floor comprises of a hall, a dinner area, a kitchen and a WC. There is a flat screen TV, sofa, Air-condition, refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen accessories and WiFi. At the first floor there are two fully air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bet and the other one with two single beds. At the first floor there is also a bathroom and a balcony with sea view. At the first floor there is also an iron, an iron desk, closets and a hair dryer.
