Exquisite designer stores, restaurants and nightlife venues as well as the main businesses and touristic landmarks are 2 - 10 minutes walk from this superb residence, making this the perfect place to begin your exploration of the city or do business. Please note that from MAY until NOV 2019 there will be ongoing road works/construction in our Street which may cause some noise disturbance and road closure in some instances. Access to the building will be from Makarios III Avenue ( via Koukouvaya Bistro Bar corridor) to Stasikratous.
