Company info

We are Katrin and Christophe, a German-French couple. We have our roots in Dresden, Germany and the Alsace-Region in France. In 2015 we fulfilled a dream and bought this beautiful and cosy villa, named after the former owner and author Alicia Bailey. We love to spend our vacation there together with our families and friends and would like you to feel comfortable and at home while visiting. Our wish and aim is to enable you a carefree and relaxed vacation in beautiful Cyprus. For this, Cyprus and the region around Paphos provide the best conditions: In summer time you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches and the perfectly clear and warm sea water (22-25 degrees in November!) as well as the pool. The Tróodos-mountains offer with its 1.800 m height even in august mild temperatures where you can enjoy walks and visits. Outside the high season, Cyprus and especially the Peyia region is an outdoor destination with lots of activities to do. If you have any questions regarding the house, Cyprus or the journey please do not hesitate to contact us in German, English or French.

The beautiful holiday villa is situated in Peyia, a little town 15 km outside of Paphos, very close to three beautiful beaches. The house is modern and very comfortably furnished. The free standing villa stands in a quiet area and the private pool guarantees endless fun for the whole family. In the attractive garden and under the covered veranda you will find a shady space to relax at any time. From December until March it is the season to enjoy our own tasty oranges and pink grapefruits. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms offer enough space and privacy for six adults. Please note that the pool isn't fenced and is therefore accessible from all sides: For this reason should small children never be let unsupervised.

Neighborhood info

Peyia is a lovely and quiet resort on the hillside, very close to the most beautiful beaches of Cyprus. Our house is located in the lower part of Peyia on a very quiet road, just a few meters above sea level. Thus, it can be reached on a bike with only little effort. The beach can be reached on foot; for purchases or excursion trips however, the car is recommended. Ample free parking is available near the beaches. Outside the warm high season, Peyia is ideal for cycling and walking or as a starting point for many excursions. What to do around Peyia: • Three prime beaches nearby: Coral Bay Beach (5 mins); Coralia Beach (5 min) and the famous Lara Beach (25 min) on the Akamas Peninsula, said to be the most beautiful in Cyprus. • scenic harbour Agios Giorgios (also good for swimming and snorkeling) and Sea-Caves in 5-10 min. distance • Coral Bay, with its many restaurants and bars, and the taverns of Peyia Village are just 5 minutes away • Beautiful hiking trails - including the most beautiful ones in Cyprus - in 10 to 35 minutes travel time (Akamas Peninsula, Pissouri, Sea-Caves, ...) • Horse riding center, miniature golf, zoo and fun & adventure pool nearby
