It is Very horrible rail dropped everywhere around city. Office of main architect is occupied by kids or someone who doesn't know nothing about esthetic.

An excellent, entirely new and very well designed and furbished accommodation. The room was an apartment, very spacious, with excellent kitchen, bathroom etc. Very comfortable bed, sofa. It's a quiet place, with a nice view towards the city and beyond. Just across the street there is a grocery shop, and a good restaurant very nearby. There's a bus stop close by up the slope, and main buses going to the city center, which take about 10 minutes there, are about a 5 minute walk away down the slope. In good weather it's also a nice walk to the center, maybe 20 - 25 minutes, passing by a few sights and many shops, restaurants, etc. The patron was very kind and helpful. Excellent wifi. Overall very good value for money.

Of all the different places we have stayed over the years - this has to rank as one of the best. The entire apartment was spotless, everything from the furniture to decor was tastefully done. Overall, it was just a gorgeous place and a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Utsi Nad Labem.
