We are a small company running around 15 apartments in Prague, we try maximum for our guests. We are very easygoing people and our services are more than good. So if you are looking for a good company that cares about their guest and are caring for their stay there is no other option. If you have any doubts or issues please feel free to contact us. We will make your stay in Prague special. During your stay, our apartment manager is at your disposal, who will also personally take care of your check-in and if there are any problems, she will be happy to help you with the most efficient solution to the situation.

You can reach the Old Town in 10 minutes by tram, and the studio offers ultra-fast 1Gb/s Wi-Fi and air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Built in 2023, the modern 20 m² space includes a pull-out bed, smart TV with Netflix and O2TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Shops, cafés, and nightlife are nearby, and ‘Nový Smíchov’ shopping center is just 5 minutes away. The Anděl metro and tram stations are 5 minutes away, and it’s a 25-minute walk to the city center. The studio also features a workspace, electric blinds, and a Nespresso machine.Paid off-site parking is available with a reservation through Mr. Parkit.
