Very nice place in the middle of ancient central euro hill lands of the Ore mountains. Quiet. Peaceful. PIGS, COWS, CHICKENS, GOATS!!I Nice beds, nice bathroom, all was good. I used the shared kitchen both nights and it was fine, although there is nothing, you need to bring everything. Lots of great trekkiing in the hills nearby.

I liked that the staff were exceptional and nice, and the rooms were what to be expected because it is a very old chateau, so things will be dated: ,meaning more like the building and hallways etc, not dated as in not taken care of. I like that the garden area was so beautiful and you could walk around the entire castle grounds and garden area. I like that we took the tour of the chateau, and we actually came there because we are following the Mucha Trail, but the hallway where he painted it was shown on the tour. The staff gave us some behind the scenes to see Mucha stuff that we really enjoyed- they went out of their way to make it worthour while- the only things I didn't like so much has absolutely nothing to do with the staff or the cleanliness of the hotel. They were AMAZING!
