I had an incredible stay in this hotel. Not only it is beautiful, comfortable and literally has it all (restaurant, bar, spa, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor sports facilities, gym..); but it is in one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever been in the Czech Republic. What a dream! The views, the fresh air, the atmosphere was amazing. And there are many activities to do around the town. Bobsled in the middle of the mountains was my favorite. I’m back home feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you for an amazing stay! I’ll definitely be back. PD: Give a raise to Martin (he works every day in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner). He was absolutely friendly, cordial and professional! 10/10 service. 👏🏼

Absolutely amazing location. Several ski trails super near by (even though I didn't use any since I don't ski). Really clean and great hotel. I read that they have renovated it several years ago - great job. Restaurant and all the amenities were amazing. Pool area also pretty nice and really kids friendly (entire hotel is, which was really great for who are travelling with kids).

We liked everything, only the staff in the bar could be a little bit more friendly ) and beds for couple are not comfortable.

Great location, fabulous view on the mountain side. Restaurant and the entire hotel has a modern and yet timeless design, which prefectly matches with nearby mountains. Great ala carte meals, breakfast was rich and very tasty. We enjoyed spa, which was free of charge for hotel guests. We definitely recomend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

Hotel looks a bit shabby and really big from the outside, but very nice and modern inside, not so big - so not too many people even during weekends. Our room was clean and the view is the coolest point of the hotel. There is a hiking track right next to the hotel. Breakfast offer was wide and diverse, baristas making coffee. Thai massage and gym (quite welll equipped but kinda in a cellar) available.

Very nice interior of the hotel, room was clean, balcony view was great, spa and wellness amenities (until 21h!) were good, gym was great (7-22). Staff was very kind. Exceptional breakfast(buffet- freshly fried eggs and fresh pancakes +scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, fruit, yogurt, deli meat cheeses and selection of breads+ GF bread when asked and soy milks) Dinner (also buffet- we stayed 2 nights and both dinners were different but we had a fish option, a beef dish, a pork dish, a chicken option or pasta &side vegetable and salad bar and dessert bar. Also my partner is gluten intolerant and when we asked the chef came out to explain which dishes had gluten and which did not and then offered to make a separate dish if he wanted! Very kind.)
