If you open the windows, you'll hear the typical background noise of a big city. All windows have special electric ventilation, so fresh air comes into the rooms without needing to open the windows. · Longer Stays: For longer stays (14 days or more), an intermediate cleaning with bed linen and towel change is mandatory every 7 to 10 days for 239 euros per intermediate cleaning. Appointments by arrangement. · Airport Connection: The Lufthansa Express Bus stops at the "Nordfriedhof" subway station as its first stop when coming from the airport (25-minute journey), the fastest way to get to the apartment from the airport. · Oktoberfest Visitors: The subway takes you to Goetheplatz in just 12 minutes, from where it's only a few steps to the festival grounds. · Wi-Fi: The entire apartment is equipped with fast mesh Wi-Fi with download speeds of at least 50 Mbps up to 250 Mbps from any location in the apartment. · Family-Friendly: The apartment is open to children of all ages. For our youngest guests up to 3 years old, we gladly provide a cot. Board games and children's books are available. · Security: For security reasons, the entrance area is monitored with a video camera. · Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. · Parties: Parties are not allowed. You'll find 4 cozy single beds, a double bed that can be separated, comfy sofa beds, and a cot for our littlest guests. We provide fresh linens and towels for everyone.
