The elegant apartment, equipped with all modern facilities and home appliances, allows the accommodation for 4 grown-up couples in 2 elegant bedrooms, one of them having a small sofa, which can be transferred into a cosy bed for a small child. Another sleeping place can be arranged for a bigger child on the sofa in the sitting room. All these facilities are included in the price per night. Please be prepared, that: We can arrange for you a transfert for up to 6 persons from the Airports of Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe at the cost price(preliminary order required)
The host is the Univ. Professor on retirement, his wife is the Dr. med.. The person to welcome you is Mrs. Oksana, experienced in house holding matters, married, the mother of 3 children. You can ask Mrs. Oksana for additional cleaning and/or towels sets and/or bed linen sets. HAVE A NICE STAY!
The apartment is located in the city heart, just 2 minutes walk from the Augustaplatz and the famous Lichtenstinallee Valley Park with its river Oos, Burda Modern Arts museum, historical villas and children playgrounds. A slow strode along the valley brings you to the first Tennis Club in Germany within only 5-7 minutes, thereafter you will encounter a french-art of a roses garten with statues and fountains, the hoarse stables being to be found further on the way. Dining & Drinking establishments of all kinds (from high-level stars cuisine up to homely beer restaurants) are at the hand-distance. The supermarket is just on the street corner. Casino in the Kuhrpark is worth do be visited even only for the sake of its interiors beauty - takes you only 10 min. walk. The city thermal Spas and swimming pools (open and closed, for all ages, available all year round) and theaters, galleries, museums are within 5 to 15 minutes walk. The famous International Races take place within Iffezheim, just in 20min driving distance. Mercur Mountain_ which is to be reached by the sight-seeing city-train, allows the views up to France.
