The historic building is located in a listed, renovated town house from 1907. The accommodation is on the ground floor and is always very bright and friendly due to the corner location, the 4 meter high ceilings and the many windows. The light oak parquet provides additional comfort. The apartment has two bedrooms and a huge living room with two spacious sofa beds (L/W: 240x110cm) and oak floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The complete equipment of the apartment has been deliberately chosen to be very high quality. It has DELUXE KING-Size box spring beds (180cm x 200cm) in hotel quality, a 65 inch Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed WiFi and many other amenities. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this historic old building.
