Appartement très bien équipé, au sous-sol d'une maison, salon et lit très confortables, cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, salle de bain pratique. Le chauffage fonctionnait. De plus, supermarché à 2 minutes de la maison et des sentiers pour se promener au milieu des vignes et des vergers tous proches.
