Dreamlike luxury apartment in a prime location with panoramic mountain view 90 square meter vacation apartment (90 sq. m) with 2 bedrooms and a large living room for 2 to 4 people. It occupies the entire 1st floor of the property (2 units). The approximately 35 square meter living room faces south and offers a wonderful view of the Ammergau mountains. The apartment is completely renovated & well-equipped for those with discerning taste. Appointments: - Large living room with stunning mountain views - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed - High-quality oak parquet flooring in the entire apartment - Cozy corner sofa with settee and armchairs - Modern Internet-capable television with free access to thousands of movies/TV shows online - Cozy wood-burning stove - Dining area with dining table made of solid oak accommodating up to 8 people - Generous south-facing balcony with space to unwind offering scenic views of the Ammergau Mountains - Baby cot and baby chairs available on request for free - Fully-furnished separate kitchen including dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc.… - Modern bathroom with washing machine, toilet, sink, and bathtub
We love the location of the house - in the middle of natur but also very close to the center of Oberammergau. We love to sit on the balcony enjoying the view.
Perfect location: - In a very quiet location near the forest - Hiking, biking, skiing, and cross-country skiing possible directly behind the property - Just a few minutes walk from the Oberammergau village center, with its restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, museum, and the Passion Play Theatre
