Enjoy some time out in our newly built, very high quality furnished holiday flat in a quiet and idyllic location. The cosily designed flat has been furnished with attention to detail, is located on the ground floor, is barrier-free accessible and has a fully equipped sunny west-facing terrace with a view towards the mountains and Lake Chiemsee. A spacious living room in a feel-good ambience with fully equipped kitchen incl. fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher to indulge in culinary delights, dining area with real wood furniture, as well as a sofa bed and flat screen TV to relax on. The separate bedroom is furnished with sample ringwood furniture and has a large double bed and enough storage space is provided by the 2 metre wardrobe with mirrored doors. The large bathroom has been fitted with an extra-large barrier-free shower, towel warmer and large washbasin with illuminated mirror. A storage room has a washing machine, laundry rack, hoover and storage shelf. We look forward to welcoming you! Bed linen if required 10,-EUR p.p., final cleaning 30,-EUR.
