It was a wonderful stay experience. The location of the house is very close to the airport. It is in a quiet and decent place. We did not use public transportation because we rented a car, but there is a metro station very close to the house. House also has its own parking so parking the car is not a problem. There are many markets within walking distance. (Lidl, Aldi,DM) The inside of the house is brand new, the kitchen has everything, it is clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable with our 1.5 years old son. Everything has been considered for your home use. You feel like you are at home, very clean and tidy.

Welcome to Anne-Claire’s and Hannes’ bright and modern apartment, which has everything you need for a short or long stay: → comfortable king size double bed (180cm x 200cm) → sofa bed for 3rd & 4th guest. → Smart TV & NETFLIX → NESPRESSO coffee machine → Fully equipped kitchen → Washing machine → Free underground parking space → Within walking distance to the S-Bahn, restaurants and supermarkets as well as in close proximity to the airport and the Stuttgart Trade Fair Center This luxurious 2-bedroom apartment has recently been freshly renovated and refurnished and awaits you with a cosy & modern design. The apartment has a comfortable king size double bed, a smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped open kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher and everything you need. The modern bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower. We provide towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo are at your disposal. A washing machine belonging to the apartment is located in the laundry room in the basement of the building. The apartment also offers space for a third and fourth guest with the comfortable sofa bed.

Neighborhood info

The train station "Echterdingen" (S-Bahn) can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. From there you will need only 2 minutes by train to go to the Stuttgart airport and fair trade (station "Flughafen/Messe)". To the main station (Station “Hauptbahnhof”) of Stuttgart it takes 25 minutes. By car, the highway A8 can be reached in a few minutes. You can’t live more central than this! You have a private parking space in the underground garage at your disposal. In the surrounding streets you can also park with a parking ticket, at night and on weekends partly free of charge. The extremely central location offers you numerous bakeries, restaurants and shopping opportunities for daily needs within walking distance.
