Property info

There are 3 apartments on Raekoja 8 building that have a memorable view to the Town Hall. The apartments number 17 and 6 are 1-Bedroom apartments and the third apartment number 18 is a 2-Bedroom apartment. All these apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. First two apartments come with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. Apartment number 18 comes with a queen size bed in one room, double bed in another room and a separate living room. All of these apartment have a kitchen that is equipped with a variety of kitchen utensils, dishwasher, stove, kettle and a coffee machine. Apartments number 17 and 18 have an oven and apartment number 6 microwave and a toaster. The bathrooms are decorated nicely and come with shower (17) or bathtub (18,6). Special thing about apartment 17 is the relaxing Sauna! The apartments are equipped with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a drying rack for clothes. Linen, towels and slippers are provided.

These apartments are located in Town Hall Square, which has been a market place and the centre of this old Hanseatic town since the Middle Ages. Town Hall Square still has an importent role to play – it is a well-known meeting place to pretty much everyone around and also hosts many outdoor festivals and concerts. It is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, that have a terrace-area on the Square. Perfect place, where to spend the late summer nights or enjoy a cup of hot coffee in the winter. In winter, the whole Town Hall Square turns into a small wonderland. People can visit the Christmas Market, meet the Santaclaus and enjoy concerts. The same Christmas Market in Tallinn was chosen in 2018 to be the best Christmas Market in Europe. Everything important is within walking distance. The closest grocery store is just behind the building. Popular area among locals called Telliskivi Creative City with the most popular bars and restaurants is less than a kilometre away from the apartment. Shopping malls Viru Keskus, Solaris, Nautica and Kristiine Keskus are all close by.
