Recently new decorated and renovated. This air-conditioned/heating apartment type penthouse with two big and private terraces is located in a great location of Torrevieja. Apartment is 70 square meters and consist from 2 comfortable bedrooms, kitchen / fully equipped kitchen / pots, cutlery, plates, glasses ... etc/, living room and bathroom. One terrace smaller 12 square meters and the other on the top-roof, so-called solarium approx. 70 square meters offers sun loungers, lounge furniture and table with chairs. The apartment is south orientated so even autumn, winter and spring time offers a lot of sun. The sun terrace is an ideal place to relax with a view of one side of the pink lake and mountains, and the other with side sea view. App. is located 850 meters from the famous Playa del Cura BEACH, 950 meters from Los Locos Beach and 1.3 km from the marina. The app has an outdoor swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, dishwasher and fridge. Bed linen and towels are provided. No extra costs !!! From the sun terrace in the late afternoon you can watch beautiful SUNSET every day!
Recientemente nuevo decorado y renovado, este ático tipo apartamento con aire acondicionado y calefacción con dos terrazas grandes y privadas se encuentra en una excelente ubicación en Torrevieja. El apartamento es de 70 metros cuadrados y consta de 2 habitaciones confortables, cocina / cocina totalmente equipada / ollas, cubiertos, platos, vasos ... etc /, sala de estar y baño. Una terraza más pequeña de 12 metros cuadrados y la otra en el techo superior, llamada solarium aprox. 70 metros cuadrados ofrece tumbonas, muebles de salón y mesa con sillas. El apartamento está orientado al sur, por lo que incluso en verano, invierno y primavera ofrece mucho sol. El solárium es un lugar ideal para relajarse con una vista de un lado del lago rosa y las montañas, y el otro con vista lateral al mar. App. se encuentra a 850 metros de la famosa playa del Cura, 950 metros de los Locos playa y a 1,3 km del puerto deportivo. La aplicación tiene una piscina exterior. La cocina está totalmente equipada con horno, tostadora, lavavajillas y nevera. Se proporcionan ropa de cama y toallas. No hay costo adicional !!! Great location, just 850 meters from famous the BEACH of Playa del Cura, in the area of a lot of bars and restaurants, supermarkets such as Mercadona, Consum, Aldi all within 400-500 meters, and a small shop where you can buy the missing small things is located in the same building it is open until late at night.
