The apartment has a modern loock with an INTERIOR DESIGN inspired by the MEMPHIS STYLE of the 80s in a more current and slightly more sophisticated version, keeping the graphic patterns, black and white as a base and replacing the bright colors with the softness of the tones Cakes, also houses a painting painted by me with the possibility of sale and a laminate floor of a spectacular white wood. It is defined by details such as cutlery in litmus color, backlit corrugated walls and a velvet headboard on the lake across the wall. My accommodation proposal is a THERAPEUTIC APARTMENT that gives you joy, happiness and well-being. Your balcony for those who like to go out and take a breath is ideal. I liked it a lot and it entertained me to go out on the terrace, have a soda and feel the movement of people and life on the street. I could also use the roof to hang clothes or as a chill out terrace for sunbathing, dining or having a drink outdoors, as it is equipped with a table and chairs.
I am an athlete, hardworking, responsible boy, with principles and concerns; I like to travel, meet people, look, see and learn new things. I am a sociable and fun person but with character and determined. I am a Technical Architect and Engineer and I love Interior Design and beautiful things, so I always try to make my home as pleasant as possible. My personal goal is to appreciate the moment of now and to be able to feel and transmit feelings.
Cerro del Águila is the most vivid example of how a neighborhood can end up being a big family. Always it was. From its origins and until today, in which its streets are the idyllic paradise chosen by its neighbors to walk every morning, go shopping, sunbathe in one of the banks of Afán de Ribera or simply greet and until called by his first name. A true luxury in these times of technological loneliness. In them the time stops and also the hurries are stopped. There are many shops and bars, it has a church, shopping center, two sports centers in its surroundings with swimming pools, perfect connections by bus and metro and even with the SE-30 motorway. All this makes it a very authentic and traditional neighborhood.
