Vistas, distribución del apartamento. Cocina y menaje. Tranquilidad del lugar. Facilidad de aparcamiento (aunque no hemos estado en temporada alta). Tranquilidad de la zona y cercanía con Alicante. Casa completamente equipada: sábanas y edredones, toallas, gel de baño, etc., así como mobiliario tanto en interior como en terraza. Terraza muy amplia para comedor y zona de estar con magníficas vistas. Piscina y zonas comunes. Acceso directo a la playa.
