Two bedroom penthouse with magnificent views. It has two terraces, the main one with views of the sea (25 m) and the second with views of Teide (8 m), swimming pools and common areas, very close to a shopping center, restaurants, shops, etc. Ideal area for families and absolute tranquility. No smoking and any type of parties or celebrations. If you are a paraglider, kitesurfer or windsurfer I will support you in everything you need.
I`m a lover of water and air sports who knows the Island perfectly. I will be happy to recommend and advise you on the matter. I will be at your disposal at any time to solve any doubt or problem by phone, message or email.
Residential area in La Tejita, a quiet area three kilometers from the town of El Médano (world mecca for kitesurfing and windsurfing), buses and taxis at the entrance of the urbanization. Shopping center with supermarket, bars, restaurants, kindergartens just 100 meters from the house. The beach is 200 meters away. Recommended for people seeking tranquility as it is far from the most crowded and tourist centers of the island. Easily accessible from TFS South airport. It is a 20-minute drive from the tourist center Los Cristianos / Adeje / Las Américas, 45 minutes by car from Santa Cruz, the capital of the island, and 1 hour by car from the north of the island and the Teide National Park.
