Property info

This newly built house is situated in a quiet area on a very large plot and has two floors with wonderful views to the swimming pool with garden and the Mediterranean sea in Cala Figuera from the first floor. The swimming pool, fully furnished terrace and barbecue are located next to the typical old stone cottage. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. Finca Buena Vida has been operated with renewable energies from a photovoltaic system that generates its own electricity consumption since November 2020. The energy that is not consumed is fed into the power grid. Every year around 8.3 tons of CO 2 are avoided.
