This place was great! It has a fun rooftop, the staff is so nice and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and it's in a prime location. The room was really big, the amenities were awesome, and the staff was so accommodating.

We loved our stay! The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing room overlooking the entire bay! Will be back!

Truly fantastic hotel, the staff are amazing! Will be a regular of mine for sure

Clean and comfortable hotel, 24-hr reception and great location.

We stayed for 3 days and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was great—close to both the city center and the seaside with a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was always attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The terrace was also lovely, providing a nice spot to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely everything, i cant think about something that i like more than the other because everything was absolutely fantastic, especially the team they are so cooperative and so kind.

Location, spa and breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff.

Great location, beautiful building, and great staff! Team really went out of their way to meet all our needs. Special thanks to Laura, Diago and the rest of the team.

Totally satisfied with the accommodation. The staff was very responsive to questions, etc., leading up to our arrival and worked with our group when our airline reservations were changed to a much earlier time than previously scheduled. The staff assured us there would be lockers available to store our luggage before check-in and also after we checked out as our departing flight wasn’t scheduled until late evening. Upon arrival, we were surprised to be met by the staff, who informed us at least one of the three rooms were ready, so they assisted us with check-in so we could store our luggage in the room while the remaining rooms were cleaned. The rooms were very clean, modern, with several key amenities such as the fridge, safe, coffee pot, etc., and there was plentiful hot water and Wi-Fi worked spectacularly. Its location is very convenient to visiting the cathedral, palace, and is a short walk to the main metro hub where we caught our train to Soller. Though there are a number of restaurants, cafes, etc., nearby, we did frequent Bar Bosch quite a bit and is where we tried the El Palo de Mallorca, their local drink; can’t miss the gelato places either-fantastic!

Great location tiny but comfortable room with everything I needed. Perfect place to stay walking distance to everything. Safe and quiet.

First and foremost - the staff. Fernando was very helpful and did everything he could to make our stay better. The communication could not have been better. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the center of the old city - convenient but not overrun with tourists. Shopping and restaurants nearby. The apartment is roomy (for two people).

We got an excellent room on the top floor with a huge balcony and recliners. Room was large & comfy. Coffee & smal eats available near the reception.

Central & bicycle friendly.

Great location, lovely clean room. Staff were helpful.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Feliz we were made to feel welcome, and the vibe was perfect for a relaxing short break. The staff were all impeccable and so attentive, the room was a real treat and we loved the private balcony area to enjoy the evening sunsets. The décor of the hotel is inviting and we just loved the whole experience, including the simple but excellent food menu……and the gin & tonics were served exactly as they’re meant to be!! From service, to aesthetic to location Hotel Feliz was fabulous and we hope to return later in the year!

Nice stuff at the reception. Very nice shower. Comfortable room.
