Property info

Beautiful villa located in Moraria, around seven hundred meters from the town and the beach of L’Ampolla, so you can easily walk to both places. The villa is located in a very quiet residential area, very close to the town and with easy walking access to supermarkets and restaurants. In the cities of Teulada-Moraira, if you come by car, you will find all the important supermarkets. From Villa Carrasqueta you can travel in a few minutes to the neighboring cities of Benissa and Calpe and enjoy their beaches, restaurants, leisure places, as well as hiking, cycling, etc ... as the entire area is surrounded by mountains. The property is a two storey villa on a fenced plot, to enter the plot there are two pedestrian gates and a garage door, there is a closed parking on the ground floor but it is private for the owners, although there is a large area to park several cars within the plot. The whole house is surrounded by paved ground and garden parts with native plants, flowers and fruit trees. As a resume, Villa Carrasqueta is a big house to enjoy with friends or family but, having two totally independent floors, it also has a lot of privacy.
