Our main goal is that the people who stay in our apartments enjoy every minute that they spend in our city. To achieve this, we take care of even the smallest details, starting with cleaning and the check in process at the apartment, which we always do personally in order to warmly welcome the traveler. Therfore, a team member will wait in the apartment when the guest arrives to deliver the keys, give all of the explanations about the accommodation, and give recommendations and advice about the city. Furthermore, we know that, many times, when you travel to another city, country, continent, you may feel at some point lost and in need of relying on someone "known" to guide you. We are always available to help our guests with anything they may need throughout the stay as well as to resolve any unforeseen event that may occur. For us, professionalism, hard work and the satisfaction of those who trust us is vital.

Cozy and beautiful loft located in the heart of the historic center of Seville. It is located just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, Barrio de Santa Cruz and Alcázar. It is also very close to the river area and the Torre del Oro. It is fully equipped and has all the elements to make your stay in the city of Seville perfect and unforgettable.

Neighborhood info

The historic center of Seville is one of the most impressive in the world, full of charming streets, beautiful squares and unexpected corners. Its impressive Jewish quarter, with narrow and labyrinthine streets is just 7 minutes from the apartment. The Cathedral, Archivo de Indias and Alcázar, a World Heritage Site, are also 4 minutes away on foot. The area has numerous bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the excellent Sevillian cuisine and its famous tapas. The Majestic River Guadalquivir with its fascinating Torre del Oro and its Majestic Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza are only 2-3 minutes away on foot. The commercial area is just a few minutes away, where you will find multiple shops, stores and supermarkets. In addition, the vibrant Alfalfa and Salvador squares are located a few meters from the apartment.
