The villa in Coín is a cozy and modern accommodation of 170 m² with mountain and pool views. It has 3 bedrooms with capacity for 6 people. It is located near various places of interest, such as the "Alhaurín Golf" golf course and the "Mercadona Coín" supermarket. It is also located a short distance from the "Barranco Blanco" river and the city of Coín. The accommodation is distributed over different floors and has pleasant exteriors, such as a pool area with a beautiful pergola and a dining table. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there are several spaces to enjoy with the family, such as a television room, a dining room next to the kitchen and a rest room with a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is spacious, stylish and very functional, and is linked to the dining room. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. The accommodation has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. It is important to note that neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner is responsible for possible restrictions on the water supply during the stay, due to decrees from the competent authorities. It is recommended to consider taking out travel insurance to mitigate possible inconveniences. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The accommodation also has a garden, garden furniture, terrace, iron, hair dryer, balcony, heat pump heating, private pool, covered parking, fans and television. Please note that to stay at this property it is necessary to retain or pay a deposit before handing over the keys. The deposit will be unlocked or returned after your stay.
