Neighborhood info

The property is located in the residential area of Playa Negra II, close to beach areas (Playa de la Arena and Playa de los Guíos). Supermarkets only 5-10 minutes walking distance: Mercadona, Hiperdino and Lidl. Close to shopping area, restaurants and bars. All available and accessible very close to our accommodation. The area of Costa Adeje is 15 minutes by car. We will welcome you at the meeting point with and access to the house to explain all the facilities.
