I'm writing this review because Noelia at the desk was lovely---very welcoming, friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and putting my luggage in my room. The shared room was on the first floor and was very clean, with a comfortable bed, proper lighting, exterior window, a luggage stand, complimentary bottle of water and a sink with the rare hand towel (face towel, bath towel and bath mat also provided). The shared bathroom was also very clean and I only had to wait once to use it with two other shared rooms. There was some noise outside at night because it was a Saturday night stay, but not very noticeable. The quiet hours policy inside helped. Location is great for Plaza de Armas bus station, Triana, Real Maestranza, and the Sierpe shopping district.

The staff are incredibly friendly and both were very helpful when I had questions about things to do, places to eat etc. The rooms are comfortable and the sink and mirror in the room is convenient. Lot's of shelves for storage. The shared bathroom was not an issue - I found it clean and usually unoccupied. The location is very convenient, but a little far from the Plaza de Espana and Alcazar if you want to be close to there.

The location is superb. We had the top room with a lovely terrace. The room is spacious enough and the beds were really comfortable. If you’re traveling to Seville I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location. We never needed to use public transport to get around the town because it was within walking distance of everywhere. It was 40+ degrees so great for it to be so easy to come back every couple hours easily. Quite clean with disinfectant in the toilet which was shared. Bed is big with lots of storage space underneath for luggage
