The beautiful, rural villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans and a washing machine. A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request. The large property features a shared garden with seating furniture as well as a child-proof communal pool where guests can cool off or just relax on the sun loungers with a refreshing drink. There is even a small pool with a slide for children. There is also both a covered and an open terrace where guests can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful mountain views, or cook a delicious meal outside on the shared grill. Table tennis is also available. Despite the peaceful location of the finca, all the essentials are just a short drive away - a selection of shops and restaurants can be found less than 10 minutes away by car in Manacor (approx. 5 km). Many beautiful sandy beaches are also just a short drive away, such as the stunning Platja de Porto Cristo, just 23 minutes away by car (18.2 km). Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are a 43-minute drive away (51.1 km). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
