Property information

Beautiful traditional Mallorcan finca in Colonia de Sant Pere, just a few metres from the sea. This single-storey country house features a fully equipped kitchen next to a large table, and three bedrooms: the master with en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Outside, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool (7x6m, depth 1.6m) and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Colonia de Sant Pere is a quiet village in the northeast of Mallorca, known for its privileged location between the sea and the mountains. The small marina and seafront promenade, with its bars and restaurants, offer a charming atmosphere. Every Saturday there is a market in the village square next to the church. Nature lovers will find hiking trails in the Llevant Natural Park just behind the village, with stunning views. Nearby there are virgin beaches and coves to explore, and in just 30 minutes you can reach the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. The village also has shops, supermarkets, and a bakery open all year round. IMPORTANT: Please note that a local ecotax applies to all stays, in accordance with current regulations. This tax is charged separately and is not included in the rental price. A welcome basket is provided with every booking, along with an online guide with information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest) to help you make the most of your holiday. 24-hour assistance available for any questions or help. The chalet accommodates babies; cot and high chair available on request at no extra cost. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Neighbourhood information

La Colónia de Sant Pere is a small touristic and residential spot located on the coast and has about 250 inhabitants. It can accommodate about 2.500 during the summer, so it is a very quiet area on the Majorca coast. Most of the accommodations are family houses. Because of this, it looks different from other touristic areas, and you can enjoy a quiet mood even during the summer.
