The house is beautifully decorated. Modern style with modern facilities like air conditioning & free wifi will provide you an excellent comfort. The house consists of a big swimming pool 11m x 6m, a barbecue, garden, terraces, a big living room, a fully equiped kitchen, 5 large rooms (2 Suites), one of them with spectacular 360º views, 3 bathrooms (2 in Suites), 2 toilets, a fully equiped laundry and garage.
The owners of Finca Can Mel are a majorcan family who has just restored the house with ecological materials, preserving the traditional style of the houses of the island. The property has been maintained through the generations by the same family.
Finca Can Mel is a country estate of 30.000 m² located in the North of Majorca. It is close to the municipality of Búger, one of the smallest and calmest places in the island. Its privileged situation next to the mountain range of the "Serra de Tramuntana" is only 10’ away from the beach of Playa de Muro, a golf course, the nature reserve lagoon of S’Albufera, and Pollensa.
