The Marina Beach apartments are located in a building with an elevator and each one of them can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. The apartments have been recently refurbished (2020) in a modern, bright style. Provided with first quality finishes and all modern conveniences, it offers its guests a pleasant, comfortable stay in Valencia. Depending on the category selected, two apartments feature also a beautiful terrace. Provided with a double bed and a window, it enjoys a bright atmosphere. The kitchen is modern & equipped with everything you may need to cook, and a living area with a TV and a comfortable sofa bed. This spacious area comes with several windows allowing the light to stream into the room. The bathroom comes with a washbasin area directly accessed from the kitchen or living area, with no partition and aseparate shower and WC that are accessed through a door. Regardless the reason that brings you to visit Valencia – beach or culture, this apartment is an excellent choice that will make you feel like home.

Neighborhood info

The Marina Beach apartments are located less than 5 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach in Valencia, called Las Arenas and the port. There is a metro station right next to the apartment, being the same metro line that connects the beach with the nerve city centre (about 10-15 minutes) and with the airport - about 40 minutes. The City of Arts and Sciences is also located approximately 10-15 minutes by taxi or public transportation. The area is residential with all necessary facilities to make your stay more pleasant.
