Modern apartment in the flat area of Rincon de Loix, Levante Beach in Benidorm (Alicante). It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people. 51m2 apartment, recently built, overlooking the city and a great residential complex. This beautiful apartment is located on the Tower 3 on the 6th floor. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people, and a modern furniture with large TV and WIFI. The bedroom has 1 comfortable double bed of 150 cm x 190 cm that allows the best rest in your vacation, wardrobe and window overlooking the city of Benidorm. The bathroom has a shower, WC and sink with mirror. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and has ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, sink, coffee maker, kettle etc. It has everything you need to prepare drinks and delicious dishes: cutlery, crockery, glasses, glasses, pots and pans. So that you feel at home and do not miss anything. It also has a small gallery where household utensils and washing machine are located. Extras: air conditioning in the living room.

This fantastic apartment is located on the 4th line of Levante Beach in Benidorm, surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants, in the basement of the building there is a pastry shop and in the same avenue several restaurants, located just 200 m from the emblematic flea market. Benidorm, 50 m away are bus stops with connection to several interesting places to visit: La Cala De Finestrat, Villajoyosa, La Marina Shopping Center, Carrefour, The Albir Beach, Altea, Alfaz del Pi, La Nucia, etc. Gemelos 22 has one of the most complete and beautiful urbanizations of Levante Beach in Benidorm. It consists of 3 modern buildings (2 towers on Av. Ametlla de Mar 26 and Torre 3 where this apartment is located on Juan Fuster Zaragoza Ave., nº8) with a beautiful large lake-type pool on 3 levels, children's water games, heated pool, an impressive garden in perfect condition with palm trees, lemon trees, all kinds of plants and flowers. Minigolf, pétanque, a picnic area, tennis and multisport courts, a social club and gym and a playground. Each building has elevators, video surveillance cameras, doorman and several accesses to the building from different points.
