HUTB-066393 Villa Dorada is a beautiful villa with capacity for 11 people located in a well connected, quiet and familiar urbanization of Palafolls. Its nice views to the sea looking incredibly, shining and entering into the nature, equipped, spacious and bright to offer you a pleasant stay enjoying all the comforts. The first floor has a dining-living room, a fireplace with a large window with access to the balcony on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with baths. On the ground floor, you will find the games room and leisure to be able to enjoy with the adults and the little ones in the house, and another toilet with a shower for your comfort. The exteriors have different areas for leisure and comfort, a beautiful artificial grass garden that has outdoor furniture: chairs, hammocks... with a mobile barbecue to enjoy meals and evenings with family, friends... and a private pool to alleviate the hot summer days. For your peace of mind, you can park your vehicle in the garage inside the property with a capacity for 2 vehicles. Without a doubt, it is the best choice to spend an unforgettable vacation surrounded by family and friends.

Palafolls, just 4.7 km away, is the town of Santa Susanna, which has several certifications with the Family Tourism and Sports Tourism Brand. Its greatest attractions are its kilometers of wide beaches of clean, golden sand, surrounded by pine forests. The services and facilities of its Nautical Station will facilitate the practice of numerous water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving, among others. Nearby is the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, where you can also do different excursions and outdoor activities.
