Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It is near Calatayud Train Station going to Madrid or Barcelona via Regional Trip. Also it is near at the major business centers and establishments in town (Bank, Fastfood Restaurant, Grocery Store etc...)
Service/Personnel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They are friendly. The woman from the afternoon shift who assisted me while checking in and also the man from the morning shift who helped me with my issue with the super hot water coming out from the shower.
Cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So far, this is the only thing I am happy about. It is clean and the decors are up to date.
In the center of Calatayud, in the Aragon region of Spain, this historic-style hotel features beautiful rooms decorated in a traditional style, with hardwood floors and beams in the ceilings.

Location very close to main Boulevard, with cafes, bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast, very good value.
Lovely room. This was our 6th stay. Have just booked our next stay.

The host gave us instructions where to park nearby, and it was easy to find a parking spot. The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants and cafés, and it’s an ideal location for reaching Monasterio de Piedra quickly. It spans over two floors and has two separate bedrooms. The kitchen and dining/living room seemed comfortable, but we didn’t make use of it. The host left muffins for us, which was very much appreciated.

The biggest problem was finding the hotel - postcodes in Spain cover way too big an area and often the street location information seems to be in a local language variant and not accepted by a SatNav device. All this coupled with the fact that few people speak English makes finding hotels a bit of a problem.
First class hotel. Modern and stylish , incorporating features from the old monastery. Very comfortable. Super clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Very good restaurant ( opens in the evening at 8.30). The evening menú was great value. The hotel is situated in the centre of town with a free public car park outside. (We were lucky and found a space). I will be happy to recommend this hotel to my friends.
Meson de la Dolores is in a very old, historic building, perhaps the oldest in Calatayud (15th century). So it has a lot of atmosphere. Breakfast is OK and the staff is friendly. As the hotel is situated in the middle of the old city of Calatayud, next to the tourist office, the location is perfect. Also the room was very quiet; I didn't hear the noise in the restaurant.
We loved our stay in Calatayud and our apartment suited our needs perfectly. It's spacious, quiet & well located and the communication with our friendly and helpful host was great. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor there's an elevator available if needed. We found Calatayud an interesting city to visit and the Museo is well worth a visit.
A superb location in the middle of the town. A good unusual breakfast with homemade tapas and cakes. Really enjoyed our balcony table for dinner in an authentic, quirky building.
The museum held within the hotel was amazing and opened especially for us. We learned about Bretons opera Dolores and how it’s story was based in Calatayud!
I became unwell whilst staying at the hotel and the staff could not do enough to help me. they were so kind.
Apart from that, the hotel is perfectly sited for walks around the town and is central to all sites. It is exceptionally clean (as have been all hotels in Spain that we stayed in).
i would not hesitate to stay there again
The dinner was excellent value for money, menu with good variety, quality cooking and presentation, very generous portions and good local wine included. Breakfast buffet extensive, better than many. Cannot comment on the room quality in main hotel as I was upgraded to a room in the (charming) historic 1928 annexe.
i like the location of the hotel, it is very near in the bus station and very easy to find.. the staff are so kind and accomodating..they are very easy to deal with and very eager to help us in our needs. if ever i will go back to Calatayud i will go back on this hotel again.
I loved this place. It seems like a lot of hotel for the money. Underground parking is available, all the staff are great, the room perfect, the restaurant offered a fixed price meal that was excellent, breakfast was good. I loved the place.
Parking for motorcycle was high on priorities for me and everything about the Hotel was first class.
Sadly the restaurant was closed for a private function.
I can fully recommend staying at the hotel.
5 stars from me.
Near to motorway
Good value for money
Clean room and kitchen/restaurant
13 euros dinner all inclusive is a good deal
Easy and huge parking
Best croissants I ever had in Spain at breakfast
Super nice staff, check-in and check-out were smooth and fast, and the hotel in general is fantastic, with great facilities, especially taking into account the price.
Good evening meal in the restaurant; simple breakfast served in the bar. The building is beautiful. Finding the hotel was tricky but found it eventually.
