Experience the opportunity to stay in a typical Spanish fisherman's house on the coast of beautiful Valencia. The house is authentic, yet modern, this way you can experience the best of both. The house contains 1 bedroom, an AC, a terrace, sofa bed, bathroom and full kitchen, a very cozy, yet spacious home. Perfectly suited for singles, couples or families!

This unique accommodation is located in a typical Spanish street in El-Cabanyal and within walking distance of the Malvarosa coast (Playa de la malvarosa) In just a few minutes you are on the beach, where you can enjoy countless restaurants, sights and shops, there are supermarkets nearby with a car or taxi you are in just 15 minutes in the center of Valencia, which is known for its beautiful architectural buildings.
