Property information

Anita 4 is a new listing for us, the apartment has been completely refurbished to a high standard for the 2024 season. With parquet floors throughout, modern furniture and Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering holiday. The apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 guests, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with walk in shower, and the other with bath and overhead shower. There is a wonderful furnished terrace where you can enjoy a lazy lunch soaking up the wonderful view of the marina and the famous Pine Walk.

Neighbourhood information

The Anita apartments are just a stone’s throw from the main square which hosts the weekly Wednesday morning market. Here you will also find some wonderful bars and restaurants. The square comes alive in the evenings with a lively atmosphere during the summer months. The Anita apartments are conveniently situated close to shops and supermarkets, so if you choose not to rent a car you have everything you need on your doorstep
