Apartment on the beach front. Large living room with the Samsung Smart TV 60¨. Fully equipped open kitchen with Bosch appliances: Wine cellar, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer and Nespresso... All suites have Samsung Smart TV 42¨, electric shutters, air conditioning, underfloor heating with individual regulator, Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. WIFI. The apartment has two entrances, one of which leads DIRECTLY TO THE BEACH. LICENSE ESS001027.

Neighborhood info

Paseo de Miraconcha is the most beautiful and prestigious area of San Sebastian. It is ideal for walking and enjoying your holidays. The apartment located on the beach front. Just 1 min walking you will find restaurants and bars. The best shopping area is only 5 min walking.. Near the building there are many bus stops to go to all the districts of the town. The train station is 800 meters away (5 minutes by taxi). San Sebastian Airport is 20 km away. For my guests who prefer to travel by car I can offer two parking spaces, just ask me. The second parking space is not included in the price of the accommodation.
