Great hotel. Great staff. Amazing food/room service. Great location.

The location, overlooking La Concha, is idyllic. worthwhile paying the extra for a room overlooking the sea. very spacious rooms comfortable beds gorgeous bathroom. Isabelle, on reception was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Recommend La Perla spa.

Great location, near the old town, bars and restaurants. Clean room, great facilities. Nice hotel staff

Close proximity to attractions.

Clean, spacious room - sufficient space for a family of 5

New, very modern, clean and organized hotel. It has great rooms, common spaces, cafe and a bar. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us with a drink and a snack. Price performance ratio was superb for us (as i believe the rooms are a bit cheaper at the moment as the hotel is new).

Close to many restaurants, beach, and old town!

Very big room, super comfortable bed. Excellent location near the surfing beach. Friendly staff available 24h. Room was cleaned every day.

În the heart of the town with nice staff and condortable rooms

Everything was very convenient and simple. The location was great, we liked that we were close to the amenities. The towels were big and very soft!:)

The location was amazing. Free delicious coffee, everything was clean. Wonderful stay!

Great location, incredibly nice staff

I booked here to be close to the Kursaal auditorium. The view and sound of the Cantabria sea was wonderful. What they charge for breakfast is ridiculous (although I don't know what they served). There is a small bar/Café right next door that serves toasts and really good tortillas. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful

The facility was super clean. Close to everything.

Excellent staff Excellent room Welcoming people

an exceptional bathroom equipment, location, staff, cleanness

Excellent location. All well-known bars are within 5min on foot. Room is clean, modern and comfortable. Have everything we need.

Clean and beautiful place. The staff very professional

Perfect: the bay view and location, cozy and stylish, clean and comfortable

Great location, clean & cosy rooms.

The location was perfect because it was accessible to both La Concha and Zurriola beach plus very close to the bus and train station. Yet, it was surprisingly quiet.
