We are a family company working for over 19 years in holiday rentals at the Costa Blanca. It´s very important to us to offer our customers a personal and individual service. On the day of your arrival we will welcome you in our office which is located close to our villas. There, you will receive the coordinates as well as a short description of the villa you have rented, thus you are only a few minutes away to start your relaxing holidays.

Wonderful and comfortable villa in Benitachell, on the Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 6 persons. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a beautiful pool and amazing views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. This villa has an apartment at the bottom level (pool) which is private and will remain locked and empty during your stay. This villa offers an air conditioned living/dining room with flat-screen television (Astra satellite antenna), a charming fireplace (wood), a lovely covered balcony with stunning views and also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The open kitchen is provided with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. It also offers free WiFi to all guests, great places to sit and relax, a barbecue and a beautiful covered terrace with dining area.

Neighborhood info

The villa is situated in a coastal, hilly and residential area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets and at 3600 metres from Benitatxell "Cala Lo Moraig" pebbles beach. There are several wonderful rock and sand beaches to visit in this lovely area, the closest are on the road between Moraira and Calpe and on the road from Benitatxell to Jávea (Cala Granadella beach at 7.3 km). Moraira is 5 km away. There you can go to the beautiful sand beach and/or visit the castle, the port, walk along the promenade and enjoy visiting the beautiful old town where you can also find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Calpe is located at 14 km from the villa. There you can visit the 'Ifach Rock' (nice walk and beautiful views), the lovely Salt Lake where you may be able to watch the flamingos and you can also enjoy the long beautiful promenades and sand beaches. The port area is well known for its restaurants (specialized in rices & seafood). Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop and sports activities make this a fine villa to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.
