It is only 50 metres away from the beautiful Caleta Beach and the whole historical centre! Even so, it is a quiet place to relax. It has all the equipment to make your stay perfect, including a bathtub where you can take the most relaxing baths, a desk where you can work, dishwasher and air conditioning throughout the accommodation! Come and enjoy a stay like no other! 🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes). 📲 This flat has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! Neighborhood info

The neighborhood La Viña is the best known within the walls of Cádiz. It is a traditional and simple neighborhood, where you can appreciate its culture and overflowing personality. This neighborhood is one of the epicenters of flamenco and carnival, where you can listen to spontaneous groups in the bars of the area. It houses restaurants as well known as El Faro and El Manteca. The best-kept treasure of the Barrio de La Viña is the beach la Caleta, framed by the castles of San Sebastián and Santa Catalina. On this beach, residents of the neighborhood, locals from all over the city and tourists meet to sunbathe, lie on the sand, take a bath and enjoy magnificent sunsets.
