Stylish apartment at historic centre ( Maria Pita) Excellent location, right at the heart of A Coruña, 50m away from Plaza de María Pita and City House, 100m from the Marina and 5 min walking distance to the delicious “tapas” gastro area of city centre, and 10 min walking to the beautiful Orzán beach. Charming and confortable 100m2 brand new apartment, located in a private 4th floor with elevator of a new construction building in the old city centre, isolated from noises. Aesthetics and comfort seamlessly come together. Its exquisite and colourful décor, matched with the light nuance of the parquet floor, creates a lovely, welcoming feel overall. Capacity for 6 guests, distributed in 3 bedrooms, two with King size beds and one with two singles (nest type). Each room is decorated in a different colour and has its own special character.Two complete bathrooms of modern design and mosaic tile finishes. Spacious and luminous kitchen, completely equipped with all the household for cooking. Refrigerator with freezer, vitrokitchen worktop with oven, microwaves oven, toaster, dishwasher, etc. Washing machine and drier, iron, optical fibre internet conection, wired LAN and Wifi.
