This 73m2 apartment has been completely renovated in May 2023. It is located on the third floor of a secure building with an elevator. There is centralized air conditioning & heating with filtered air and soundproof windows for you to feel comfortable at any season and any time of the day. The entrance opens to a hallway, which leads to the Kitchen, a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms, then to the living room where the dining area is. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, pots, and pans, etc. The kitchen, dining room, and living room, are spacious, and have multiple exterior windows, receiving a lot of daylight. The living room has a sofa, a TV, and two big windows to catch the evening/morning sun. In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed, two bedside tables, an en suite bathroom, a window facing the patio, and a closet. The second bedroom also has a window facing the patio, a double bed, two bedside tables, and a closet. Additional services:
