Fantastic apartment located at street level, which is accessed from a garden, less than 4 minutes from the Retiro. It consists of two floors. Newly renovated and fully equipped for you to enjoy a few days of relaxation in Madrid. It has a bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed. You will have access from the street to the apartment. Very quiet. Information to be highlighted: Check-in until 22h - Check-in free of charge: From 16:00 to 18:00 - From 18:00 to 20:00 20e will be charged. - From 20:00 to 22:00 30e will be charged. - After 22:00 50e will be charged on request. Due to the rules of the flat, no entrance fees are accepted. -Please note that last minute bookings may be subject to a check-in delay of up to 2 hours (at 18:00 h).
