This modern rooftop apartment located in a completely newly constructed building offers three different rooftop terraces, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day! The apartment has two double bedrooms, accomodating up to 4 guests, a living- and kitchen area, one full bathroom and one toilet. The apartment is excellently located on a calm street, just a few minutes walk from Alicante's Mercado Central. Please be aware that while we do our absolute best to ensure a comfortable stay, as hosts we cannot be held responsible or accountable for circumstances beyond our control, such as nearby construction, weather, seasonal maintenance of facilities, illness, or other unforeseen factors that may affect our guests’ travels. If an issue arise that prevents you from traveling, our recommendation is to reach out to your travel insurance company for compensation for the non-refundable travel expenses.
