This spacious mansion of Catalunya Casas is located in a property of 1000 square meters. Entertain your guests with a private pool (8m x 5m), a games room, two living rooms with televisions and a fully equipped kitchen with the following amenities: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and cooktop . On the ground floor of this two-story villa, there are three bedrooms: (1) a double bed, (2) a double bed with private bathroom, (3) a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom that is equipped for guests with limited mobility. Five additional beds can be added only to the rooms on the ground floor. The first floor features the remaining bedrooms with the following arrangements: (4) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (5) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (6) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (7) one double bed, (8) two single beds with ensuite bathroom. Fans are available to use to keep the rooms cool. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.
