This fantastic single-floor villa with a wonderful private heatable swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) and newly refurbished with a very exclusive futurist decoration and modernly equipped, no doubt guarantees a really special holiday family stay. A beautiful paradise to enjoy your holidays, where you can experience peace and tranquillity together with comfort and privacy. Maspalomas beach is only 8 minutes driving far away. Baby cots and highchairs are available. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested. Heated Pool has a extra charge of 40 euros/day. Maximum 27 ºC. This property is located within a residential area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbors.
